How to request data deletion

Email info@meonmarket.com from the email address associated with your MEON MAP account. Use the subject MEON MAP Data Deletion Request and describe the data you want deleted.

We may take reasonable steps to verify account ownership before processing the request.

What can be deleted. Depending on the request and applicable law, eligible profile information, saved preferences, user-provided content, support-related information, and other personal data associated with the account may be deleted or de-identified without closing the account.

Information that may be retained

Limited information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, billing or transaction records, dispute resolution, or establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. Any retained information is limited to the purpose requiring retention and handled under the MEON MAP Privacy Policy.
