MEON provides software, verification signals, workflow, and communication tools. Shippers, brokers, dispatch/carrier companies, and drivers create and manage their own business relationships. Freight payments are handled directly between the parties outside MEON MAP. MEON does not receive, hold, split, or guarantee transportation payments.
